Troofer Kills Wife, Self

Why am I no longer shocked at stories like this?

The Lake Jackson woman shot to death by her ex-husband before he killed himself during a police chase had gone through a bitter, contentious divorce from him and suffered personal attacks from him on the Internet, her attorney said on Thursday.

Melissa Meza, 34, a Dow Chemical engineer, was shot multiple times in the front yard of her home Wednesday night by 42-year-old Curtis Boone Maynard, a registered nurse, who later shot himself. The couple had been divorced for more than a year.

Maynard also shot his 16-year-old stepdaughter, Celeste Morales, in the face inside the home before fleeing in his car. Morales remains in stable condition at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center.

He belongs to that special branch of the 9-11 Troof Movement that talks a lot about the Jews:

This ridiculous theory is advanced by the same folks that suppress the abundance of evidence implicating the Israelis and a complicit and predominantly Jewish media in what happened in NYC and at the Pentagon on 9-11...

According to blog posts at several white supremacist sites, Maynard was a "whites only" kind of guy, but lost some credibility among his fellow neo-nutbars when it was discovered that he had a Hispanic wife.

This appears to be Maynard's own blog. Note the Gandhi quote in the sidebar.

Hey guys-I found your site when I googled "Spooked 9-11". I post on Democratic Underground and spend alot of time pointing out to Spooked how crazy he is. Well, he recently finally came out and admitted that he believes the earth is under quarantine by an alien race. Yes, he truly believes this. Check out this thread about the hoaxed moon landings. Thanks for this site!

Welcome aboard the crazy train, Ray.

Spooked911 is a "special child", even among no-planers. He also believes that the Moon itself is a giant alien spaceship.

As to the topic at hand, I'm sure some twoofer will be along shortly to explain how Troy from WV's antics make it ok for twoofers to kill thier wives and shoot their daughters.

I think David Icke believes this too and it's upset some of his fans.

Clearly they thought his ideas about the world being ruled by twelve-foot shape-shifting lizards who carry out satanic sexual rituals on CIA mind-controlled virgins at Bohemian Grove was sensible and rational but now he's just gone completely mental with his "artificial moon" thing.

Rather than gloat or say "I told you so", troofers, does anybody know what this poor girl is supposed to do now that both her parents are dead? Hope she has other family that's non-truther/insane to go home to once she gets out of the hospital.

Wonder what her medical bills are going to be like. She probably needs reconstruction for her face too. Troofers should set up a fund for her, since they helped her get into this situation.

Looks like one Truther site, "What Really Happened [sic].com" has already gone into self-pity mode:

Wait ’till CNN gets ahold of this story, the spectre of the “White Supremacist” will be trotted out again… it will be mentioned that Maynard was a conspiracy theorist who railed against Blacks, Hispanics and J-ws,

they grizzle.

Well. He was and it appears his insane and bigotted beliefs led to the murder of his wife and attempted murder of his daughter.

Of course, WRH[sic].com also bring up the fact that he was a white supremacist who hates Jews but presumably they're allowed to in time-worn Truther double-standard fashion but maybe they don't have a problem with that. I have looked at that site a few times before and thought that some of the stuff they post looks like it could be on Stormfront.

There's a forum (from which I just got banned today) wherein this topic is being discussed:

http://www.freedomportal.net

Go to "forums", then the news sections. It is already being supposed by a good many of the posters there that this is all a "Jew plot". And, of course, they all believe that 9/11 was an Israeli/Mossad operation. These people are so far to one side that they believe Alex Jones to be "disnifo". He does only believe that the USG committed 9/11. They're also not too fond of David Duke because he will only go so far to say that it is our relationship with Israel that has caused the emnity which underlies 9/11... you know, as opposed to saying that "da Joos" actually did the deed.

I'm tellin' ya, there are some pretty sick puppies roaming the countryside.

I posted there under the handle, "gelignite", by the way.

any debunking of this story?

it's pretty standard for truthers accuse the CIA of bringing drugs into the US, of course since there's a proven history of it with iran-contra and all i can see why.

CIA PLANE FILLED WITH COCAINE

has this been debunked?

is it debunkable? or is it just another coincidence, if it is just a coincidence; how many would that make related to 9/11?

anyone have any idea of a ball park number of coincidences related to 9/11?

Yes.

The story was posted on an Internet forum by a 9-11 Truther. 9-11 Truthers are pathological liars who will misrepresent anything to fit their DURR CONSPIRACY agenda.

And just to check my work...

A private jet that crash-landed almost one year ago in eastern Mexico carrying 3.3 tons of cocaine had previously been used for CIA "rendition" flights

Any story you post is bullshit simple because you posted it. You have no credibility. That should remove any need for you to hijack threads and say DURR HAS THIS BEEN DEBUNKED YET DURR CONSPIRACY DURRRRRRRRRRR.

Now take your bullshit some place it hasn't been heard a million times already... if there even is any place left on the Internet that will tolerate you.

Anonymous,

Have no idea who Troy Sexton is or even who Pat and James are apart from their work.

It's obvious to me that intelligence failures and blowback are serious and Gage and his brick drops aren't. Same with the Avery loops. However, we "government conspiracy theorists" have "troofer" friends who apart from being wrong on this particular issue are actual human beings. Many of them female, non-white, non-christian, and certainly not from the far right.

Many of us share the same politics you truthers do. Anti-war, anti-Patriot act, anti-drug war, pro-open borders, etc. That said, can you show debunkers and skeptics the same respect by not assuming that we are feds, unawakened dolts or defenders of the establishment?

That would go a long way to avoid the toxic environment that has shown up in these last few threads which strike me as repellent as David Icky's racist tracts.

Not assuming skeptics are feds: check, although some on JREF proudly proclaim they work in intelligence or military capacities, and let's not forget about Glenn Beck & Mike Baker (former CIA operative) and Cass Sunstein and his cognitive infiltration plans.

Unawakened dolts: no. I don't do that. Everybody present here are fully conscious in what they are doing. I criticize moral bankruptcy and lack of integrity, not these NWO sheeple soundbites.

I will however, at my discretion, meet ad hominem with ad hominem. I am not turning the other cheek. I have observed the cyberbullying campaigns at various "skeptic" venues for years, and I am shooting back, hard and unforgiving if need be.

Defenders of the establishment? That, you are absolutely, without any trace of a doubt. In fact, that has regrettably become one of the main agendas of the so-called "skeptic" movement, one I once considered myself to be a part of, until I realized it is group largely relying on authority for truth, while it should be the other way around.

Authority, especially political authority, has proven itself to be extremely untrustworthy, in fact, even totalitarian, authoritarian, selfish, deceptive, greedy, immoral, violent, bellicose, propagandist and treasonous. The influence of politics, lobbyists and populism over science is equally worrying.

You'll recall this?

That you disagree with Gage, okay. Fine. I think the NIST reports are pseudoscience, and that we do not know the true mechanisms in which these towers fails. Many claims of AE911Truth may be incorrect, but the nano-thermite paper and the temperature anomaly evidence stands. In fact, I've been following superb independent scientific analysis of the NIST reports and although these people aren't CD proponents, nor do they look up to AE911truth, they have found the NIST reports to be false. I'm not going to say where they are and who they are, because frankly, I don't want the good natured, excellent discussion from both sides to be spoiled by the psychos that visit this blog.

Anonymous,

"Authority, especially political authority, has proven itself to be extremely untrustworthy, in fact, even totalitarian, authoritarian, selfish, deceptive, greedy, immoral, violent, bellicose, propagandist and treasonous."

I agree with that statement 90%. "Treasonous" does not much to me since nationalism is ridiculous.

How's this:

1.) Don't compare most skeptics and debunkers to tools like Beck and Sunstein. What the hell did I do to you? I think both Avery and Gage are wrong. It's just that. Not a political battle to the death. I don't believe in sky gods either but I don't care if you do. Preferences are not indications of qualitative differences among humans.

2.) Skepticism about 911 trutherism is not an endorsement of US foreign policy, the lack of respect for civil liberties or any affection for conservative philosophies.

3.) I think Kevin Barrett and Alex Jones are assholes. They were assholes before 911. Time hasn't made them anymore pleasant.

4.) Maybe Pat and James should get back to debunking instead of heading into Barrett-Jones level assholery (e.g., domestic violence is so funny.)

5.) A cop who gets that worked up about pot heads changing lanes should consider another line of work.

I cite Beck (and Baker!) and Sunstein because of their clear intent to manipulate public opinion, akin to Wisner's mighty wurlitzer, if you catch my drift.

2.) Skepticism about 911 trutherism is not an endorsement of US foreign policy, the lack of respect for civil liberties or any affection for conservative philosophies.

There is plenty of misinformation in the 9/11 truth movement. If i see it and identify it, I will debunk it just like you do. However, you have chosen to dismiss the entire notion of treasonous activity. I understand that this does not constitute an endorsement of foreign policy, but it does not get to the root of geopolitics either. Let me quote CIA veteran Ray McGovern:

"It has long been clear that the Bush-Cheney administration cynically exploited the attacks of 9/11 to promote its imperial designs. But the present volume confronts us with compelling evidence for an even more disturbing conclusion: that the 9/11 attacks were themselves orchestrated by this administration precisely so they could be thus exploited. If this is true, it is not merely the case, as the Downing Street memos show, that the stated reason for attacking Iraq was a lie. It is also the case that the whole 'war on terror' was based on a prior deception. This book hence confronts the American people—indeed the people of the world as a whole—with an issue second to none in importance and urgency. I give this book, which in no way can be dismissed as the ravings of 'paranoid conspiracy theorists,' my highest possible recommendation."

The exploitation part would be your position, yes? Ray McGovern, like myself, has serious questions about the Norman Mineta testimony before the 9/11 commission. I know you have a page about that, but I've seen it and I am not satisfied with 911myth's explanation.

3.) I think Kevin Barrett and Alex Jones are assholes. They were assholes before 911. Time hasn't made them anymore pleasant.

I agree.

4.) Maybe Pat and James should get back to debunking instead of heading into Barrett-Jones level assholery (e.g., domestic violence is so funny.)

Frankly, I don't care. They used up all credit, that ship has long since sailed when Troy attacked Bob McIlvaine, then unmasked himself as a child abuser, a racist and a stalker. Yet some of the prominent frequenters here continue to chitty chat with this man as if nothing is different.

5.) A cop who gets that worked up about pot heads changing lanes should consider another line of work.

There are going to be plenty of incidents with truthers, as some of them are nuts. However, connecting 9/11 truth with violence is clearly the main aim here. No attempt is ever made to connect the misconceptions about 9/11 to the violence and mass murder of the 9/11 wars, rendition, torture, racism, erosion of civil rights and police brutality.

By the way, I forgot to mention.

This was a neo-nazi that believes in 9/11 truth, not vice versa.

This is the kind of chicanery Pat uses when he's doing another smear job.

He could just as well have targeted the extreme right wing neo-nazi movement.

Furthermore, if large segments of the population hold a certain belief, the likelihood that a holder of such a belief is involved in a violent crime increases exponentially.

However, if there was a direct causal relationship between 9/11 truth and indiscriminate violence, then we should have been seeing an enormous wave of violent crime, if we take the polls, some suggesting about two-thirds accepting some part of 9/11 truth, to heart.

The line of "reasoning" involved here is fallacious and unbecoming of a skeptic, of course, and unsurprisingly Pat isn't one.
